In this video Lucy demonstrates two great techniques for cable knitters: how to count rows, and how to cable without a cable needle.
The first technique, counting rows, provides a very simple way to count the number of rows in a cable repeat, or to determine how many rows you have left to work until the next cable row.
The second technique, cabling without a cable needle, will take a little practice, but if you follow Lucy’s instructions in this video you’ll soon have it mastered and you’ll be amazed at how much faster and more easily you are able to work cable crosses!
